They did a spectacular job on my travertine floors which were a mess. Bud showed up with a smile on his face and worked diligently for 3 days cleaning, filling and polishing the floors and sealing them and my countertops. He was extremely neat and such a pleasure. The technician was knowledgeable and very accommodating when helping us make the de idiom for a high polish on the floor vs a mat finish. He even finished a sample of each to help us decide.
