Cagney Brennan was amazing. He was given a restoration for my master bath that required 2 people. It was a lot of detail removing the old caulking in addition to repairing 2 major areas that was time consuming. Unfortunately he had no assistance which resulted in extra long hours to complete the job. Nick did assist him one day for a short time, but it was not enough. Cagney has a commitment to excellence, in addition, he was a pleasure to have in my home.

Bud was exactly on time, very professional, completely taped all areas and put up plastic to protect our kitchen. Spent all day repairing, sealing and polishing our granite. Great attention to detail!

Mark got caught up and could not make his original time, but called and we reset for later in the day. Was on time for that appointment and was very professional in explaining our issues and different options for the repair, providing two quotes for those options.

The Tech arrived on time and followed COVID protocol. he took care to protect hardwood floor and carpet touching the marble. The result of the service was terrific and we are extremely happy we had it down. The floor has its shine back and looks like new.

First, and foremost, the results on our porcelain tile floor that had been damaged by a chemical spill were excellent. This involved acid washing nearly 2000 sq feet of tile and applying their colored epoxy grout.
However, the interactions with the office were poor. I made a special trip from out of town to be present for a test cleaning of the tile and examples of the grout colors we were considering. The office scheduled their visit for the wrong day, despite numerous contacts in advance. A technician was dispatched but arrived without the grout samples we had selected and with very little time left before I had to leave to catch my plane. Also, the billing department sent their first invoice to us with a message that the invoice was past due, even though this was their first communication.
